I sought energy healing for weight loss and being more connected with myself, my life goals and focus. Then we worked with extreme exhaustion post Covid. I really enjoyed my time and my sessions. There was definitely an improvement in my ability to focus on what is important to achieve my current life goals. I passed 10, third year law modules with 6 distinctions. I felt immediate results. Homely atmosphere

My primary reasons for seeking healing with Natassia was because of my severe Anxiety and Depression. I had recently come out of clinic for this reason specifically and was very keen to follow this as a continuation to my healing. Natassia would begin all of our healing sessions with a breathing and grounding meditation. She would then invite me to put myself in a bubble of protective light. Usually we would have agreed upon a positive affirmation specifically for that session. She always checked in/ got permission if she was going to touch any part of my body.  For example she would work on my Sacral Chakra. After completion she would discuss if anything had come up for me and then she would give me, possibly writing down prompts if I experienced intensive emotions, write about them and feel into them. The environment Natassia has created is magical and peaceful and absolutely condusive to the experience. Her soft furnishings, accessories, crystals and lighting all add to an appropriate environment for a beautiful healing experience. Natassia herself is empathetic and kind with the right amount of boundaries necessary to create an extremely professional environment, ultimately allowing the client to feel safely held in the space. In the weeks that I had with Tash I felt that she really went to great lengths to create an all inclusive Healing experience in conversations post treatment of practical ways you could continue to work on your process. This gave greater understanding and seemed to embed the knowledge. Over the period that Tash worked with me I felt a shift in feelings of depression and anxiety, specifically my anxiety medication of which i reduced by up to 30% of the amount I had been taking. My 8 week healing journey was definitely life changing. I went from arriving with anxiety disorder, extreme body pains, intense mental blockages, a lot of undealt with trauma, to someone who now meditates almost everyday. I am now able to ground myself in any situation. I have been off my pain medication since starting, i have more self love, my relationship with my loved ones has grown and i have grown as an individual in ways that are so empowering. I went from a vegetable in bed to waking up at 5am to catch the sunrise, meditate, journal, yoga and gym all before 9am everyday. I'm loving life again. Natassia and I connected on a deeper level. Her ability to relate and tune into my body and mind each week made my journey with her feel like fate. She is very uplifting, supportive and gentle. I appreciated her affirmations each week, her patience and her ability to work with my style of visual discovery. As new challenges approached me each week, she was able to align/ adjust her healing to compliment my growth, which helped me in my healing process. This has been a magical, humbling experience for me. I'm truly grateful for what Natassia has unlocked in me. Especially the tools I have been given to continue this journey of enrichment. Tasha is a gifted and intuitive healer as well as beautician . Her integrity and professionalism speak volumes . If you are looking for a beauty therapist and or Reiki practitioner I would highly recommend her . Her combination treatment of Reiki and massage is one of my favorites!!

I have restless leg syndrome and I was seeking healing to address that, as well as wanting to work deeper with energy healing to understand myself better and heal on a deeper level. I absolutely loved my healing sessions with Tasha. We went very deep and healed deeply. The healing was gentle and guided beautifully. I especially enjoyed the cord cutting and ancestral healing and it shifted a lot for me. The healing felt safe and even though some of it was rather emotional it brought deeper understanding and peace. Tasha held the space really beautifully. Always calm and peaceful. She created a warm and safe space for healing. Tasha was very intuitive with my needs and process and guided me with such a deep holding of care and wisdom. I highly recommend her to anyone willing to work deeper on their healing journey. I am forever grateful for the insight Tasha gave me and for the profound healing she did on me.
